Insider Advice

Practical Advice for a Smoother Visit

Tried-and-tested advice to avoid long queues, protect your belongings, and stay sun-safe.

What to Wear

Swimwear under comfortable clothes, plus water-friendly sandals — park surfaces get wet and some paths are uneven underfoot.

Sun Protection

Shade is limited around the pools. Reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses make a real difference over a full day outdoors.

Lockers & Towels

Lockers are available to rent inside the park. Bring your own towel if you'd rather not pay to rent one on-site.

Accessibility

Large water parks built into hillside terrain can involve slopes and stairs between zones — if mobility is a concern, it's worth checking current accessibility details directly with the park before you go.

Dining On-Site

Multiple restaurants and snack bars are spread throughout the park, from quick bites to sit-down meals — no need to leave for lunch.

Photography

A waterproof phone pouch or action camera is worth bringing if you want photos on the slides and in the wave pool.
